Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You buy a package once and receive a set number of resume-creation credits, with no automatic renewal.
When is a credit deducted?
Only after a new job-tailored resume has been created and saved successfully. Failures, edits, template changes, and re-exports use no credit.
Can the AI add experience I do not have?
Our workflow does not allow that. Suggestions must be grounded in your data. When something is missing, we ask for clarification or show a general draft that needs confirmation.
Does the ATS score guarantee acceptance?
No. It is guidance for improving structure, clarity, and relevant keywords. It does not represent any particular employer's system or guarantee.
Do you support Arabic resumes?
Yes. The editor, templates, and PDF support Arabic, RTL, and Arabic fonts, as well as English.
How do you protect my resume data?
We send the minimum required data to the AI provider, remove contact details when unnecessary, and do not log full resume content.
Can I delete my account or export my data?
Yes. You can request an export or delete your account and files, subject to limited retention of financial records required by law.
